WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days, Monday - Friday.

CAN I GET FREE SHIPPING?

All orders over $50 ship free within the continental US only.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Orders shipped via USPS priority mail should arrive between 1-3 business days after processing. Orders shipped via USPS first class mail should arrive between 3-5 business days. International orders typically arrive between 10-15 business days but is not guaranteed.

CAN MY ORDER BE TRACKED?

All USPS Priority mail shipments will be able to be tracked. First Class packages tracking is not guaranteed.

WHAT ELSE SHOULD I KNOW ABOUT INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

International orders are shipped via USPS International Standard Shipping. It does not include tracking information and will not be refunded if the package is lost or stolen. 

DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?

For online sales, tax is not required to be collected outside the state of Florida. Florida residents are required to pay standard sales tax rates.

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM DESIGNS?

At this time we are not accepting custom orders.

WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO BE ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY?

We make an effort to print all paper goods on FSC Forest Stewardship Council certified paper or recycled paper.

POLICIES

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

Returns will be accepted within 14 days of receipt of product for store credit or exchange of merchandise.

Please email greystreetpaper@gmail.com with your order # to start the return process. Returns will only be made if item is received back in its original condition and packaging. Please make sure to ship return back with tracking. Grey Street Paper is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
